Family Service Plan
The Family Service Plan was adopted to encourage participation by every OLPH School family in school activities that rely on volunteer support. It is the school's sincere intention and hope that all families will fulfill their service requirement by the gift of their time rather than through the payment of a fee.
All families are required to perform 30 hours of service (15 hours per family with a single, disabled, or deployed military parent) from a predetermined list of activities. The Home and School Association Executive Board (HSA) and Principal may approve other activities on a case-by-case basis. The Family Service Plan year begins and ends on May 15th. Families that fail to complete the required hours of service by May 15th will be required to pay a fee.
The Family Service Plan volunteer hours will be tracked using Volgistics software. Click here to get more information about Volgistics and to register with the database.
