Parents of all prospective students must complete the General Application (Available for download below) and provide the following documentation as part of the application process:

• Birth certificate
• Baptismal certification and proof of receipt of other sacraments depending on age (if Catholic)
• Record of required immunizations
• Physical examination form
• For all students K-8: $125 fee the day of testing.  If the student is not accepted, the fee is returned.  If the student is accepted, this fee is applied to the registration and is non-refundable if the student does not enroll.  The balance of the registration fee is due at the time of registration.
