2011-2012 Hot Lunch Program

For New Families:

• Set-up a new account and order online at your convenience here: http://olph.h1.hotlunchonline.net

For Returning Families:

• Your account is still active but you must re-enter the name(s) of your child(ren) along with their current grade.
• Use your credit card or Paypal (checking account) for payment
• Lunch served 5 days per week
• Three Brothers Catering provides food on M, Tu, Th, and Fri
• Chick-Fil-A provides food on Wednesdays
• Online ordering opens Thursday, September 1st
• Online ordering for October ends Thursday, September 22nd
• Lunches begin Monday, October 3rd
• Some November days may be shown on calendar; DO NOT order for November at this time

Important Considerations:

• You may order lunches 1-3 months at a time (depending on the availability of the menus) but you must order by the 19th of the previous month for the upcoming month, NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Pay close attention to the dates in which you are ordering lunch for your children – dates on which field trips are scheduled for certain grades will be noted on the menu.
• Do not order lunch for your child(ren) if they have a field trip scheduled for that date.  Refunds or credits will not be granted if you order lunch for a field trip date.
