Summer Dress Code
Summer Dress Code
In effect from the first day of school through October 15 and from April 15 through the last day of school. It is recommended that the winter uniform be worn on any cold days within that time period.
Footwear for All Students
- Socks: With all uniforms, socks must be plain -- no logo or colored stripes. When sport socks are permitted, they must come up high enough to be seen above the shoes.
- Sneakers: Absolutely NO sneakers with wheels are permitted. Sneakers should either tie on or use Velcro fasteners. No slip-on shoes are allowed for safety concerns.
Summer Uniform for K-8 Students
- White short-sleeve polo shirt with OLPH School logo
- Navy walking shorts (length just above the knee)
- A black, brown, tan, or navy belt is required except for K and 1st grade students whose shorts have an elastic waist
- White crew length or sport socks
- Sneakers:Absolutely NO sneakers with wheels are permitted. Sneakers should either tie on or use Velcro fasteners. No slip-on shoes are allowed for safety concerns.
- Uniform sweater for K-5 students/ OLPH School Middle School sweatshirt for 6-8 students – optional, may be worn as desired for warmth, but only these are permitted in class
P.E. Uniform K-8 Students
- White short-sleeve polo shirt with OLPH School logo or white t-shirt sold as part of “Spirit Wear” sale(s)
- Navy micromesh nylon shorts with OLPH School logo
- White crew length or sport socks
- Sneakers: Absolutely NO sneakers with wheels are permitted. Sneakers should either tie on or use Velcro fasteners. No slip-on shoes are allowed for safety concerns.
