White Envelope
The Traditional White Envelope
Emergency Information Forms, STAND certification documents, and other important information are sent home in the White Envelope twice a month. Envelopes are given to the youngest child in each family. The contents of the envelope should be removed and the envelope signed and dated by the parent/guardian and returned to school the next day.
The White Envelope is sent on the following schedule:
2011 Dates: 9/22, 10/6, 10/20, 11/3, 11/17, 12/1, 12/15
2012 Dates: 1/12, 1/26, 2/9, 2/23, 3/8, 3/22, 4/5, 4/26, 5/10, 5/24
The New On-line Green Envelope
In the interest of saving time and money spent on copies some of the content usually sent home in the traditional "White Envelope" will now be available on-line as print on demand digital copies.
It is important to note that the White Envelope will continue to be sent home in en effort to send important documentation that school administration must track. Event fliers, fundraising information and other miscellaneous content will now be exclusively available on-line.
Submitting Content for the On-Line Green Envelope
How it Works:
- Submit your digital copy the Monday before the White Envelopes are distributed. (PDFs and Word Documents are preferred)
- Submissions may be sent to bmunoz@olphschool.org for distribution approval
- School families may review "Green Envelope" content here.
