Congratulations to Annie Tavera and her talented dog Roxie - their picture is one of the 10 runner-ups in the Brainy Pic $200 Grand Prize Contest and Annie is the winner of a $15 iTunes gift card. The 10-week-long SAT word contest sponsored by the MIT Alumni Association had over 3,800 entries and Annie finished in the top 10 out of all those entries. In addition, OLPH had several weekly winners - a great job from our Middle School!

Looking ahead, the Middle School students are preparing to enter the January video contest. They will use Movie Maker and iPhoto as their video editing tools to highlight the meaning of the SAT vocabulary word selected.
